However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, our Return & Replacement Policy ensures a smooth and transparent resolution process.

1. Health Supplements

Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, returns are not applicable on health supplement products. However, replacement is acceptable only if the product is received in a damaged condition, provided that the request is supported with clear unboxing photos and videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature.

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or expired item, you may request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.

To process your request:

* Share clear images or videos showing the defect,

* Submit them via the “Your Orders” section or contact our support team.

3. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A product is eligible for return or replacement if it meets any of the following conditions:

* The item is physically damaged.

* The item is defective or not functioning as intended.

* The package has missing parts.

* The product received is different from its description on the product page.

4. Return & Replacement Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

1. Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery at support@zaynuraayurveda.com

2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images/videos.

3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return or replacement request is approved, any applicable refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Important Notes

* Requests without valid proof (unboxing photos/videos will not be eligible for replacement.

* Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

* ZayNura Ayurveda reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with our policy guidelines.
